Tatacliq.com (app) - Money debited from my account and order not confirmed

The issue that I have experienced was On 9th of September 2020 I made a transaction of 1129/- Rs to buy quick heal antivirus with order no: 109437107 on tatacliq app Due to time out order was not confirmed however the money was debited from my account and credited to merchants upi id with the details as follows: Acct XXX076 debited with INR1129.00 on 09-Sep-20 and tatacliq.payu@hdfcbank credited.Info:UPI- 025308154381. It has been more than 7 working days and I have not received my money yet.
